Nýtt rafrænt námskeið á vegum BIAS netverksins https://www.biasproject.eu/ sem fjallar um notkun gervigreindar á vinnustöðum hefur nú verið sett af stað. Markmiðið er að auka skilning á mögulegri hlutdrægni, sanngirni og ábyrgri notkun gervigreindar, einkum tengt ráðningarferlinu. Námskeiðið er ókeypis og tekur um 3,5 klukkustundir. Ekki er nauðsynlegt að taka það samfellt, heldur er hægt að fara út af námskeiðinu og inn á það aftur, eftir hentugleika. Sjá nánar texta og skráningarhlekk hér fyrir neðan.

We are pleased to share a new training opportunity that may be of interest to your members and community: the BIAS E-Learning Course “Shaping Responsible and Inclusive AI in Recruitment: A Capacity-Building Journey”.
The course, developed by the BIAS project, addresses an increasingly relevant topic: the growing use of artificial intelligence systems in selection and recruitment processes, and the risk that these systems may, even unintentionally, reproduce or amplify bias and discrimination. In this context, it supports HR professionals, AI experts and organisational stakeholders in understanding bias, fairness and the responsible use of AI in recruitment, also in light of the EU AI Act’s focus on AI literacy.
The course offers a practical introduction to:
- AI and bias in recruitment;
- foundations on AI and NLP concepts;
- fairness in AI-assisted hiring;
- EU AI Act–related awareness;
- prompt formulation for HR contexts;
- practical simulations on AI-assisted recruitment and AI tool development.
